I designed the star burst pattern using my Silhouette software. I created the cut lines on one side using the insert line command and then I used the duplicate and flip horizontal features to make both sides match. After I had done this I just pulled each section to the cutting surface one at a time. After I made this Jillibean introduced a great new card pattern with a sunrays design for Silhouette America that I love seen here. :)
I took Jillibean's standard alphabet stickers and dressed them up with a little glossy accents (and combined with sentiment stamp by Technique Tuesday's Dad Rocks stamp set designed by Ali Edwards). The butterflies were fussy cut from one of the patterned papers.
I will be back tomorrow to share another Jillibean project. Thanks so much for stopping by!
Jillibean Soup has the prettiest papers and I love the way you used so many of them for your sunburst! :)
ReplyDeleteOh gosh Mendi this layout is gorgeous! I love the sunburst so much! The papers you used are so colorful and coordinated .. I can't believe Jillibean Soup passed you up! Their loss girlfriend!
