Lori Whitlock Blog Hop: Easter Easel Card & Purse Gift Bag

Hello there!  The Lori Whitlock team is back with our monthly blog hop.  You should be arriving here from Corri's blog or if you are just joining in, you can start from the beginning at Lori's blog.  :)

Hello there!  Today I have a Sweet little gift set perfect for Easter using Lori's cutting files and papers and stickers from Doodlebug's Easter Parade (as seen in the Spring Issue of CardMaker Magazine).

Up first in my set is a little gift bag created using Lori's Pursed Shaped Box cutting file.  To add some interest, I stitched around the pieces and cut an extra piece of striped paper to add an extra splash of color.  I finished it off by tying a tag from Doodlebug's This and That sticker sheet (which comes with the collection pack) with some sheer ribbon and adding a carrot die-cut (from the Bunny & Friends craft kit) to the corner.

For my card I used Lori's
Stand Up Card.  It came with the grass (and another cute bunny that I can use for another project).  I stamped my sentiment on the interior piece using Lawn Fawn's Happy Easter stamp set.  I love the cute frame on this card and how by switching out my embellishments, I can make it work for so many occasions!

Here's a look at this card from the side.  Love the extra dimension on these fun cards!

I hope I've inspired you to create some special Easter treats of your own Just to recap, today I used the following cut files available in Lori's shop:
