Lori Whitlock June Blog Hop: Echo Park Happy Summer Layout

Hello there!  The Lori Whitlock team is back with our monthly blog hop.  You should be arriving here from Corri's blog or if you are just joining in, you can start from the beginning at Lori's blog.  :)

For my project today I pulled out Lori's newest collection for Echo Park called Happy Summer.

I used the Hello Spring Wreath as the jumping off point for my design.  I first cut it out as it is in one solid layer from the green paper and then duplicated the shame and used my knife tool to cut apart the flowers and extra berry sprigs so that I could cut more from extra colors without wasting too much paper.

To add a little more interest I also cut flowers from the Box Card Mason Jar Bouquet file, inked the edges with my distress inks and layered them with foam tape.  Some glossy accents for my red berries and enamels dots and buttons for my flower centers helped me finish off my wreath.

I hope I've inspired you to take a closer look at these fun cutting files.  To recap, today I used the following cut files available in Lori's shop:
This week you can get 30% off all her and Kolette Hall's wonderful cutting files and fonts in her online store using the code "JUN2016" through June 20, 2016.  :)

She also is having a sale at Snap.Click.Supply for 30% all her digital products using the code "DIGIJUN16", but you must hurry!  The sale is only for today.  :)

She is also giving away this adorable heart owl cutting file today at her shop

And if that wasn't enough, she is also giving away a $20 gift card to her shop to one lucky winner.  Leave a comment on her blog for your chance to win.  ;)
